    My sister and I chose this hotel for it's convenient location off of I-44, as we were traveling from Chicago to Texas.

    Other than that, everything about this location is great.

    Great location and the hotel staff was very friendly and welcoming.

    My stay at Hampton Inns and Suites in Springfield, Missouri was work related and at the end of a long day it was great to get to my room and relax.

    If at all possible we will continue to stay at Hampton Inns that offer the Cloud 9 bed.

    Our room was very large (standard double queen, non-smoking), with high cielings, a big bathroom (lots of counter space and curved shower curtain rod--which I love!

    However, the front desk clerk was very helpful – and incredibly kind – and not only gave me a room for FREE, but also upgraded me to a suite.

    If we're ever looking for a room in the Springfield area again, the Hampton Inn & Suites will be at the top of our list.

    There is a Steak and Shake restaurant that shares parking lot space with this Hampton, plus there are several other restaurants in very close proximity.

    I was disappointed that they did not have the To Go Breakfast on Saturday AM.

    The free breakfast that Hampton Inn's offer is the best!

    They have all the normal "continental" breakfast options.

    The next morning (we hit the road at 5AM) our "ToGo" breakfast bags were ready and coffee in the pots was hot.

    The front desk staff were very friendly and the beds were quite comfortable.

    The front desk staff made sure that both of our rooms were at least close to each other and on the same floor which was much appreciated.

    Additionally the lobby was neat and attractive, the front desk clerk was very helpful.

    Very nice lobby and the hotel has a decent pool as well.

    Large pantry area stocked and the lobby is better than higher end hotels.

    As is our tradition the family quickly unpacked the swimsuits and headed for the pool.

    The staff was very helpful, upon entering the room was clean.

    The staff at the Hampton Inn was extremely helpful and the bathroom was immaculately clean.

    Rooms are consistently clean and the breakfast is pretty good.

    The service is good and the rooms are well appointed and clean.

    The rooms are a nice size and very clean.

      My stay at Hampton Inns and Suites in Springfield, Missouri was work related and at the end of a long day it was great to get to my room and relax. The people were very friendly and informative. If you request assistance from the management, they will endevor to help you with any problems that you might encounter in the area, from maps to dining, this was a very pleasant experience.

      The common areas are very well maintained and bedding is of high quality. Furthermore the Staff is Beyond helpful, a stinky room is a big detail for paying customers and the free breakfast that Hampton Inn's offer is the best. The pool is very nice and clean.

      The room has a nice little kitchenette area, for a great stay and well worth the price. Friendly and helpful staff, convenient check-in, the beds were so comfortable we hated to get up. The pool was large.
