We greatly enjoyed the place and its warm and amazing breakfast.

Had a perfect stay from on the first night of our stay. The room was good-sized in general, with handicap facilities. This hotel was set in a central area just off restaurants as well as a good sized shopping area.

The staff here was incredibly friendly, the location was excellent, and the breakfast offered a variety of fresh and healthy options, including fresh-squeezed juices.

Hampton Inn And Suites Schertz is ideal, with nicely furnished rooms and exceptionally friendly employees. The hotel has a great location close to Riverwalk, Natural Bridge Caverns, Wildlife Safari, San Antonio, and New Braunfels. Additionally, Evo Entertainment movie theater is just a 5-minute drive away. Every time I visit Schertz, I choose this place.

This place is conveniently located near San Antonio and New Braunfels with easy access to grocery stores, gas stations, restaurants, shopping, and bars, including close proximity to various dining options.

Booked a room with the washing machine. The breakfast was hot and marvellous with plenty of good food on offer.

This hotel is located in a perfect area, close to everything. With several businesses around it, it's convenient for shopping and dining. Plus, there is a discount program with a restaurant in the parking lot, making it even more appealing. It's also a great base to explore the San Antonio area, just a short drive away. The rooms are comfortable and the staff is nice and helpful, ensuring a pleasant stay. Don't forget to enjoy the delicious breakfast in the morning!

One downside is that the breakfast, although filling and edible, wasn't anything out of the ordinary.

Very roomy room, better than what I was expecting. Lots of room to move around, loved the sink/kitchenette counter area and separate sink from toilet area was very convenient for traveling with mixed age group- older teenager and two younger children. Breakfast selection was great, hot and cold!

My son said the TV was to small for the room size, and wanted bacon at breakfast, there was only sausage. Pool was very crowded, people were loud and not following posted rules. we only stayed a few minutes, crowd was not kid friendly.

The bathroom and shower was spacious and had hooks and other places to place travel items!! Bed was good, but a bit soft for my back. The food was good and as a vegetarian, I was able to find enough for breakfast that didn't include ham, bacon and sausage :-)

The air conditioner didn't work terrifically. It cooled well enough, but often didn't kick on or keep the fan running when it was set to do so. It probably needs a lookover. The remodel project at the site left a very strong natural gas odor throughout the facility that would seep under the doorway. Hopefully this will be addressed asap as it was a bit unsettling and irritating.

This place offers a great breakfast and provides quality service, making it a good choice for a vacation.

We loved the suite and all the amenities. The pool was spectacular and suited our needs. Staff was friendly and helpful at every turn,.

Extremely helpful staff. The clerk at the front desk when we checked in, named April, was so kind and personable. Our room was cool, clean and comfortable, though a little dated (carpet wearing thin and separated at bathroom door). Bed was wonderfully comfortable. Breakfast was great!

Efficient and friendly staff, clean rooms with full-length bed linens, spacious with multiple outlets for charging devices. Close proximity to dining options, Walmart, and fuel. Good value for the price.

Very nice, clean, accommodations in a good location...easily accessible to many attractions. Great hot breakfast with many options, spacious seating area, and friendly staff. There are also many restaurants within walking distance. Overall enjoyable stay, definitely recommend!

Great service overall! The room I stayed in was top-notch, had all the updates and a washing machine. The location here is fantastic, super close to all the spots 🚶 I wanted to visit.
