  Great location for family attractons and excellent Hotel. Its high rating is accurate, the lobby is really quite nice indeed and the staff is friendly and very attentive. Rooms are spacious and clean, near the elevators are several racks of tourist information pamphlets.

  All attractions were easily accessible, an extended stay in the room we had would be enjoyable and the rates were excellent. The lobby was very nice, good breakfast and the staff were very courteous. Beds were cozy and comfortable, pool was clean.

  Wireless was complimentary, very slow at times and the sofa was not opened up.

  Excellent location at stoplight #0, very Nice Place and the rooms are wonderful and spacious and have every comfort of home. The lobby is large and the staff are exceptional. The bedding is great and this facility has just undergone a complete renovation.

  The surrounding area was nice, the staff were Great our entire stay and again, fellow at front desk was very professional and pleasant. The room was wonderful, breakfast was good and the swimming pool was outdoor only.

  Good location and beautiful decor. The rooms have been renovated and also the main lobby, front desk staff are very nice and friendly. The bed's are very comfortable and don't hurt my back at all.

  The location was nice as is off the road a bit and surrounded by some nice landscaping, the hotel lobby is beautiful. The staff is friendly and pool and jacuzzi is well kept as is the fitness room. The breakfast is pretty good.

  The employees are knowledgeable of the area and very helpful, overall a really nice place to stay, can only recommend this place, front desk personnel are efficient and courteous at all times. The rooms are great.

  Excellent location between gatlinburg and sevierville, nice Family Hotel. Very lively lobby and great service. The beds were wonderful and breakfast was good the next morning.

  The staff were very courteous, and the location and accessibility was great, the hotel was clean,close to everything,welcoming and comfortable, we booked a two bed suite and we were VERY pleased. The breakfast was wonderful.

  The attractions i was interested in, wonderworks and miracle theater, were right across the sreet, hotel was very clean and very quiet, front desk staff were very hospitable. The room was absolutely spotless, the breakfast was good and plentiful.

  The location of this property is great and the hot breakfast is not worth the price you pay to stay here. Staff is very nice, helpful and the rooms are extremely clean and the beds are heavenly.

  Elevators and common areas, less the pool, are kept very clean and neat, the hotel is in a very convenient location for travelers. The room size is fine for the two of us and the beds are very comfortable, the breakfast is decent and the people are nice.

  The price makes a great value and has to be the best pet friendly facility in the area, the hotel lobby is beautiful, the bathroom had the same smell not as bad as the other room.
