Hampton Inn & Suites Houston-Medical Center/Astrodome - 休斯敦

The location is about a mile or less from many medical center offices and about a mile from Reliant Stadium.

The location was nice, the hotel was very clean and the staff were always friendly.

Every person in the hotel was friendly and helpful, the bed was really comfortable.

The rooms were spotless, nice and roomy and our room included a fridge and microwave.

The bed was really comfortable and really is a cloud nice experience.

Our room was dirty, had what appeared to be cigarette ashes all over the bathroom sink and floor, debris on the carpet which appeared to be cigarette ashes (a non-smoking room), it was obvious the room had not been vacumned.

You must enter through a lobby area and can only access your room from the inside corridor.

No restaurant on site, but a breakfast buffet is provided, and there is a Luby's caffeteria next door.

In case you aren't familiar with the Hampton Inn concept, there is no restaurant (just the breakfast room where they serve the free breakfast), no room service, and few of the other amenities of a full-service hotel.

There is a restaurant called Luby's next door & it has really good food at a nice price.

Common areas are clean and simple, handling the breakfast rush very very well.

This is a great place for Medical patients, the Coffee and Breakfast is always good and it is extremely clean, cleaner than most Hospitals.

Great Hotel and leland at the front desk was friendly and helpful.

There are a lot of chains that offer this limited-service hotel concept, such as La Quinta, Clarion, Days Inn, and many others, but in my experience, Hamptons are the best-run and cleanest of the pack.

The staff were always friendly, no matter what time of the day it was.

Overall, the attitude of the staff was that I was somehow looking for something to complain about.

I would best describe the manager as "smart aleck".

I don't remember seeing a pool at this Hampton Inn.

We swam in the pool every morning and never had a complaint, it was very clean.

Suites are nothing too fancy, but they are spotless, kitchen area is well equipped.

The rooms and common areas are clean and simple, with a free breakfast of fruit, cereal, pastries and some not-so-good eggs and/or sausage offered every morning.
