A very good value priced business class hotel, the staff is helpful and friendly, the rooms are spacious and clean.
A parking deck ($6 daily) is located beneath the hotel, so we always had covered parking in a safe location.
The hotel has a great location, very helpful staff and the circular room is very unusual and cool.
The location is great and the river is there as well.
The location was very convenient to downtown shops and the 2nd stay was as good as the first.
City - beautiful views by day or noght and the hotel has an awesome location.
HDTV, large bathroom with long vanity and plush towels, comfortable beds and great pillows), we heard no noise at all from other rooms, and everything was very clean.
Additionally the bed was FABULOUS, breakfast was better than average for Hampton.
We were offered an upgrade to a suite and when I mentioned concerns about being too close to the elevator - they gave me a key to check the room out.
I did not want to get up out of bed the next morning.
The room we stayed in was large, quiet and well appointed with comfortable beds.
Great breakfast in a very nice dining area was kept clean and the staff was friendly and efficient.
We ate dinner at the newly opened High Cotton restaurant, which is next door to the hotel, and had a most excellent dinner.
The breakfast area is clean with good food options but is on the smallish side.
The room was tastefully furnished, immaculately clean and the location was very convenient to downtown shops, restaurants and performing arts centers.
The morning breakfast is standard Hampton Inn fare is complimentary.
The front desk staff was great upon arrival.
Very nice modern lobby and pleasant staff.
Convenient to beautiful downtown Greenville and great service.
A cordial reception welcoming phone call greeted us.
It was very convenient to park our car in their parking garage ($6) and walk everywhere.
Parking was in an adjacent deck owned by the city, so a $6 dollar fee was added to hotel bill to cover this.
If you want a pool this is not a place for you.
The rooms were clean and coffee was hot and delicious.
The staff if wonderful and the rooms are spacious and clean.
Tidy by attentive staff, perfect room and the free breakfast is great.
