It was a safe location and well lite parking lot.
With Hampton you usually know what you're getting and the Fresno location is no different.
Aside from this horrible overcharging, the hotel is in a remote location in a boring business park.
As my stepson was nearly asleep, we were ready for bed, and had already used the bathroom and towels, we did not ask to be moved but hoped that the generator would stop at or before midnight.
The rooms are clean and large (we got the one room suite) and ALL the staff is very helpful and friendly.
These beds were so comfortable I slept like a dream, and height of bed was not over 26 inches high.
Looked at three rooms before accepting a suite given to me at reduced rate because they could not give me a roll-in shower (I presume it is room 127 according to hotel staff).
Also, although they call their rooms "suites" they are not suites where you have a separate living room and sleeping room.
Breakfast feels like home cooking and fun.
The staff was helpful, free Internet was very nice and breakfast was great.

Nice size meeting area just across from lobby for the breakfast, which was cereals, breads/pastries, drinks, fruit, and while i was there some scrambled egg (hot) thing.
The staff were super friendly - from the front desk to the room cleaning staff to the breakfast staff.
Has friendly staff and the receptionist checked us in was also very helpful.
The hotel is in a great location and front desk staff nice.
Oh and the pool is wire fenced on side of hotel in the parking lot.
Clean area, very nice place and convenient little shop in lobby to buy snacks.
Ample parking, easy access to 41 Freeway, lots of places to eat nearby.
A desk and chair and FREE wired internet (but my connection got dropped a few times).
The hotel is spotless, aLL the staff is very helpful and friendly, clean room is the most important to our family.
