  Good location, very friendly staff and excellent stay. A great home away from home, decent for the price and the lobby/breakfast room is nice. Terrific, energetic front desk clerk paige and the employees have always been pleasant and responsive.

  Ice machine other end of hall from soda machine and and bad heat/cooling unit + no sleep = grumpy reviewers.

  This location is great for getting to the grand canyon and oak creek canyon, nice place to spend a night. The staff is friendly and helpful, the facility is well maintained and has various types of rooms, the standard Hampton breakfast fare is adequate.

  Our room was on the 5th floor and had a beautiful view of the mountain, this hotel was certainly not up to the standards of Hampton, as far as we have experienced, the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. A jacuzzi suite became available and the free breakfast came in handy everyday. Pool was clean and warm.

  Several restaurants in the general area not to mention the free continental breakfast, great Hotel Right When You Enter The City and staff are pleasant. This suite also has a nice sized bathroom.

  The pool area was very nice, our room was clean and comfortable for our night's stay, staff were very friendly and helpful. Hot tub were great and the kids all loved, continental breakfast included rubbery eggs.

  We liked the hotel and great for the Price. Staff very friendly and helpful, room was comfortable, on the positive side, breakfast was really nice. The pool was beautiful and clean.

  On my first stay, was on the third floor, room was quiet, staff were friendly and bathroom did not have a clean feel. Breakfast was very good and the heated pool was a nice diversion for the kids.

  The hotel was emaculate and the lobby was beautiful, the staff were superb. The room was nice, clean, very inviting and the continental breakfast had fruit.
