Excellent location near downtown Denver 16th Str, great hotel for a reasonable price and the elevator service was unusually quick.
The price was half of what we were used to paying staying at another historic hotel in Denver without breakfast.
A plus: There's no convenience store near the hotel---you have to go to the Walgreens on the 16th Street mall---but the hotel does have a tiny food shop where the prices weren't exorbitant.
It's a great little hotel in a nice location with a good breakfast & a great value, I think.
The location is close to the 16th Street Mall ,which offers many shops and restaurants to choose from.
If you want a great room at a good rate, decent breakfast and location close to downtown Denver this is the place to be.
The location is great as enables one to walk to most locations downtown and the streets surrounding the hotel are kind of abandoned.
Given the hotel's proximity to many local attractions, we canceled our rent-a car reservation and just took cabs to and from the airport, rather than dealing with the hassle of parking.
$130 per night in a major metro, i wasn't expecting anything nearly as nice as this.
