Modern room amenities like a flat-screen TV with plenty of cable channels 📺, a personal safe, and easily adjustable room temperature control made the stay enjoyable for us.

I booked a queen room with nice touches, a microwave, 2 beds, and a sofa bed which turned out to be a bright room. It was a marvelous and perfect location near the airport at 5 am. Close to McDonald's, Abuelo's Mexican Restaurant, and a Steakhouse.

When we visit Hurst, like staying here. The staff are outstandingly accommodating and the room was spotless with a king sized bed.

The service was friendly and helpful, especially the gentleman at the front desk who apologized for any inconveniences. The breakfast was impressive, with a wide variety of fresh options to choose from. the location and amenities were great.

The evening staff lacked compassion and failed to provide a resolution to our concerns.

No hot tub and the temperature of the swimming pool water was not warm enough. We were told it was a heated pool but it wasn't warm at all.
