One did have to pay to park, and since the hotel was downtown, I did expect that.
I didn't choose the hotel - and didn't pay for it either.
Good business center, ended up on High Street and this hotel has the perfect location.
Great location for downtown Columbus bars around the hockey arena, beds comfortable for a hotel and the staff did their jobs well.
The location was great and the hotel room was clean and nice.
Our 6 oz toothpaste was confiscated at the airport and the registration clerk gave us a free travel size tube of name brand toothpaste when we inquired.
He saw me outside and asked if i needed help, and was nice to get a taxi for me.

The free breakfast is great for families, much more variety than the average doughnuts abd coffee.
Good free breakfast selections, facilities are modern and clean.
Positives: Very convenient location for Business, a great place to stay and the staff at the front desk was WONDERFUL.

The hotel staff was very friendly during all of our interactions and service was great.

It wasn't the $19 per night car parking that bothered us most.
The hotel is very modern and offers lots of great amenities, like an indoor pool and hottub, and complimentary high speed internet.
They are all stainless steel and the pool has very walkable steps down into the water.
Additionally the staff was friendly, room was clean and bars were close by and lively.
The room was well appointed and very clean.
The breakfast room was spacious, bright, and clean.
Furthermore the room was clean and free breakfast was good.
The rooms were clean, comfortable and the staff friendly and helpful.
