I thoroughly enjoyed the room, it was well-organised and came with climate control and closet space. The location was central, stunning in Berkshire area. Easily reached Burger King, located relatively near the hotel, had lunch/dinner there.

The bed was comfortable, the room was beautifully maintained and updated with a jacuzzi. Convenient location - only a short distance to everywhere we needed.

Good-sized and well laid out room with hot tubs and reasonably priced. Friendly check in and late check out. Very clean pool to relax in too. Magnificent location for my purposes. Thoroughly enjoyed very nice area.

Kind of rude staff!

The hotel is nicely decorated and fairly clean, nestled in a very well maintained building with pleasant view of the lake. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. There are beautifully maintained rooms with reasonably spacious bathrooms.

The breakfast offered lots of food and was plentiful and very good! The room was modern and brand-new and the bathroom was large. The setting of hotel was nice, in the area for the James Taylor concert on the 4th of July.

Everything was excellent, fairly clean hotel, magnificent and lovely location in a more secluded area away from the main highway. We stayed in a well-organised room with the kingsize bed, and thoroughly enjoyed it.

Fairly clean, hip new hotel, I loved well-organised and beautifully maintained rooms and competent staff. The daily breakfast was plentiful and very good with the “ continental “ items, bananas. The setting was absolutely perfect, so close to several restaurants and places of interest, Lenox, MA and Berkshires.

I had fine days staying at this hip new hotel. The rooms were airy with a roll-in shower, a jacuzzi plus hot tubs and the breakfast was plentiful. Booked the property for its favourable location just off all the attractions decent breakfast friendly staff and supermarkets.

The hotel of choice in Lenox. Relaxing place, complimentary breakfast, airy rooms. Favourable and magnificent location for visiting restaurants and cafés. The pool area is very clean too. The check out is late.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The breakfast was good and there was plenty of seating. The location was quiet and secluded. The room was spacious.

The hotel was modern and perfectly clean with magnificent views of the mountains. The excellent service and the attention to detail! This property was set in a central area close to Massachusetts and New Hampshire, local supermarkets and several restaurants and places of interest.

The place was reasonably priced. The hotel was fairly clean, staff was very friendly and sincere. I greatly enjoyed how favourable and magnificent the location was. There were a supermarket and a convenience store around the venue. The room with basic supplies. Although some of the staff were kind of rude, I had a fine stay. The breakfast was complimentary and plentiful, the check in was friendly.

Wi-Fi was very poor, made me a little nervous.
