Hampton Inn Savannah-Historic District - 薩凡納

Excellent value for a hotel located in a prime location in a historic district.

Also had to fold in my side mirrors, but good thing is location means not needing to drive my car once at the hotel.

The location of this Hampton Inn is wonderful!

Parking is very tight in the underground deck.

Parked in their underground parking the first night for free, the second time it was full so we parked across the street and they validated the card.

The rooms facing River St have an awesome view, the Hampton Inn on E Bay is a great location to stay visiting Savannah and absolutely the most comfortable motel bed I have ever slept in.

If you are looking for more of a bed & breakfast room style (quaint, antiques, historical, fireplaces in room, etc), definately stay in a B&B.

Recommendations if you're going to Savannah: For restaurants, we had a great lunch at Boar's Head (River Street) and a fantastic dinner at Garibaldi's (on West Congress Street), which is an Italian/seafood restaurant.

Several of the shop owners were very helpful with providing information about restaurants and other shops.

No restaurant on site, but complimentary contiental breakfast more than adequate.

The location is great - near the river, restaurants, shops, and within easy walking distance of the historic squares.

The Hampton Inn is so well situated to everything, the waterfront with small shops, pubs and restaurants everything is just across the road.

Additionally front desk staff are very friendly and helpful, the rooms are clean, the breakfast is very good too.

The service was fine, concierge were always polite and helpful, the room was gorgeous.

Savannah is charming, the rates are reasonable and the lobby is nice.

Cannot find anything negative to say except that the pool is a little old and not heated, but we did not go there for the pool.

Location is ideal, river Street is very convenient and the hotel lobby is large.

High-speed internet was standard in all rooms, albeit wired and not wireless; while I was stuck at the desk when using my laptop, it wasn't all bad as the desk was sturdy and the provided chair was comfortable and perfect for working.

There was only hard-wired internet access, you'd figure they would have wireless by now, but it was free and they supply the wire.

If I was in Savannah again I would go for the Holiday Inn – it’s newer, the rooms were spotless (not that the Hampton was not clean), but most of all we got what we ordered and it was cheaper.

The rooms were clean and tidy – no issues.

The staff was knowledgeable and friendly, the room was clean and neat, the continental breakfast was very good.
