Having stayed in other Rome hotels, I know there are currently better choices for the same price.
I reserved a King room, and got a bed with 2 doubles.
The beds were the most comfortable I have slept on in any hotel, the staff was very nice and helpful, the rooms themselves were reasonably clean.
I said "we're staying another night" his response, "well then, give me your towels" There was a member of our party still in the bathroom so I said, "no, we'll be out in a while" "well, give me your trash bag then" he said.
The staff were fantastic and the rooms were nice.
The beds were the most comfortable I have slept on in any hotel, and the continental breakfast was delicious, with many choices of hot and cold breakfast items.
Pillows were very comfy and breakfast was good.
The breakfast was decent and the staff was super friendly at the desk,,,,in fact, they'd come over and talk with me during breakfast every morning.
Moreover great front desk staff, high speed internet and the continental breakfast didn't have a lot of choices.
We had a horrible experience here in August of 2005 with some of the service staff.
Great beds, great front desk staff, no problems!
The hotel was clean and tidy, the front desk people were great, our room was well taken care of by the maid.
The pool was disgusting there were insects in the light fixtures.
There was plastic covering everything in the lobby.
Overall a good place and walking in the lobby looks fine.
The staff was very helpful and courteous, the rooms were clean.
Shocked, I really didn't know what to say after being asked to clean my own room.
