Selected this hotel for its convenient location and great staff.
The location is only so-so, but if you need to be in that area, there aren't lots of hotels to choose from and this is probably the best choice unless you need a full service hotel (there's a Holiday Inn a mile or two down the road).
This would not be a good location if you don't have a car - very busy, divided highway and no restaurants you can walk to without risking your life.
About 20 minutes from the airport if traffic cooperates.
Easy to get to if you make the second right into the gas station across from it (if on the wrong side of the wall.
Large bathrooms and the rooms are larger than normal.
On the upside: staff very friendly and nice room.
Pittsburgh nice, great breakfast and rooms are updated and comfortable.
My room was large, pillows were really comfortable and the indoor pool was wonderful.
The facility has obviously been recently remodeled and there are nice touches in both the rooms and public areas (the breakfast area is particualrly spacious).
Pleasant stay - no bedbugs and great breakfast.
Clean, great breakfast, good workout center, and everything worked except for the do-not-disturb signs, which (by hotel policy, I'm told) don't seem to prevent the housekeeper from knocking on your door at 9am.
Typical of why I stay in Hamptons - you know what to expect - clean, comfortable and a good hearty breakfast.
They have a printed sheet of all area restaurants and how many stoplights they are from the hotel.

The staff at the front desk was very helpful in telling us places to go to eat, the room was lovely.
Everyday staff cleaned them, signal strong and as well as dirt on the sheets.
Much of pittsburgh is readily accessible, the staff didn't seem to care a bit.
The hot water heater is in the old buidling whereas the newer building has none and staff is wonderful.
Sure beats paying big city bucks and good Value.
Once you get out of the parking lot, much of Pittsburgh is readily accessible.
Large bathrooms, cLEAN SHEETS and comfortable and a good hearty breakfast.
