The rooms are nicely appointed with comfortable beds and friendly service. Breakfast is well-prepared and the staff is hospitable. The hotel even has an indoor pool to relax in after a busy day. Just be aware that the cleanliness of the rooms could use some improvement.

Had an awesome stay during my visit, everything was wonderful. I got complimentary queen room with nice view as an upgrade, nice gesture. A microwave oven, coffee and tea making equipment, and a refrigerator were available.

Location so close to the Appalachian Wireless Arena, the malls and especially the college, and Pikeville for business. Updated and a nice size room with nice view, patient staff.
Wi-Fi signal was very weak.

The employees were absolutely fantastic and fantastic and kept it all clean. The setting was excellent, close enough to Hilton bar/restaurant.

Elegant, comfy room complete with nice view as well as a comfortable bed. The price is US$ 144. Also, the location is great, minutes from a local museum. And it's based in a nice area very close to restaurants and local shopping and close to the malls and Pikeville for business or pleasure.
The bathrooms are dirty.

Really enjoyed this good central hotel: tasty food and very professional staff. Updated and good-sized room with nice view was enjoyable. The location was convenient as for me, not far from the arena and local bars and restaurants, restaurants and a park and the malls and especially the college. It also was in a college town.

We had a fantastic stay! The lobby was beautiful, and the hotel staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The hotel facilities were exceptional, with big bathrooms and comfortable beds and pillows. The location was great, as the hotel was close to just about everything in town, including the Expo Center. We also appreciated the free parking garage right next to the entrance.
