Hampton Inn Omaha-Westroads Mall - 奥马哈

The location was hard to get to - being next to a confusing interchange.

The location is right next to the mall for some on the road shopping and good eating spots.

So, be careful and check your prices carefully before you book this Hampton Inn location in the future.

The location is ideal and the staff at this hotel are extremely friendly and helpful.

The location was great, during our stay the hotel was very quiet and the staff were very pleasant.

The lobby is clean, well worth a few more dollars for room/bed comfort in my opinion and the one slow elevator took a long time to get out.

The room was very clean with a very comfortable king bed.

On the positive side, the rooms were spacious (16x17 feet) - except for a small bathroom, had the new beds and linens, staff was extremely friendly (pointing out the wild turkeys that frequently visit the area outside).

Well worth a few more dollars for room/bed comfort in my opinion.

The lobby is clean, elevator works, room was clean, but I didn't get a cloud nine bed?

Some of the best places to eat in Omahaand many others close by, breakfast is good.

Location is next to a mall with many good restaurants in the area - some within walking distance.

The public areas were spacious, had two computers, and the complimentary breakfast excellent - with everything that I like- and always well stocked.

Everything else seemed fine and breakfast was very good.

Nice continental breakfast and the best choice for Omaha.

I made this request to the housekeeping supervisor personaly - in the presence of the manager - and gave the staff 2.

Extemely clean with a very competent staff.

Also- this property is an older "made-over" Hampton Inn without a pool or spa, and the exercise room is about half the size of the other Hampton's I've used this year - which have been newer.

Downfalls of this hotel are that it does not have a pool and the roads are a bit tricky getting in and out.

Parking is a the only compliant i have coming in late evening and having to park a ways from the front door.

Room was clean, the breakfast in the am was a nice to start to the day.

The public areas were spacious, the hotel was clean and noticed the rooms had recently been updated.

On the negative side, the property was not as clean as I would have liked (I found a bug in my bathroom), the property was older, and the one slow elevator took a long time to get out.

My major pet peeve at hotels is that when I ask to have my room made up at a specific time it is because I will be gone during the interim and I want to return to a clean room.
