    Good location, our room at the Hampton Inn in New Bern was a great stay and the lobby was clean.

    This hotel is in a good location for that and rooms are clean.

    Nice location and the hotel grounds are very well kept up.

    The clerks at the desk were more than accommodating and our room was clean and the bed comfortable with a down quilt.

    The staff was very pleasant, the bed was very comfortable and the hot items at breakfast came in enevelopes that you microwaved.

    A hot tub, the sheets had a nice freshness smell to them.

    Good rooms, excellent breakfast and the facilities very nice.

    The quality was excellent, the staff was polite and attentive, the beds were comfy.

    Also the complimentary breakfast was typical Hampton.

    This newly renovated hotel was a pleasure to stay at, front desk staff was very helpful and the rooms were clean.

    Hampton staff is friendly and the employee's at the Hampton have always been warm and welcoming.

    There was cookies and candy in the lobby for guests.

    Friendly and helpful staff, the rooms are clean, the free hot breakfast includes several choices to pop into the microwave.
