I was satisfied with the reasonably large and brand-new room, there were a shower, hair dryers, and robes just in case. Its location was good, very close to enough restaurants, restaurant options in New Albany, and a theatre.

The staff was really helpful, as for 3-stars hotel.

The location of the hotel was exceptionally nice and perfect, near stores.

There were not comfortable beds in our room.

They placed us in a king room which was neat and brand-new. Really helpful and attentive staff did a great job. The hotel's position was favourable and perfect, right by several dining establishments as well as enough restaurants and around.

Nothing to fault!

The stay was perfectly pleasant. Amazing hotel and the location near stores was nice. Location: the venue was adjacent to restaurant options in New Albany, restaurants and the downtown area. Didn't like when it was stormy outside, went to Subway to relax and grab some food.

I had excellent days staying at this pet-friendly hotel. The room was neat and brand-new, the property was clean. The staff and people generally were superfriendly and incredibly nice. The location was great and perfect for me as it was right by Oxford for graduation weekend and stores and Wichita, Ks. A few times I ate at Mcdonald's, located relatively close to the hotel.

Clean and amazing accom with favourable location right by several dining establishments, stores and Oxford. Neat and brand-new room with a clean bathroom. Highly courteous and decent personnel, very comfy bed. The pool area is nice too. Everything fantastic. Pleasant stay, as always.

Kind of rude staff!

Reasonably large rooms, nice beds. Location right by New Albany, MS, enough restaurants and around plus a theatre, and a good Hampton. Also, in a good area.

Great location, friendly staff, clean rooms, comfortable beds. Lisa from housekeeping and James were especially helpful. Greeted warmly at the desk, given all necessary information. Breakfast had plenty of options, soft towels, and a clean and fresh room. Cracker Barrel next door was convenient.

The housekeeping staff, especially Lisa, was friendly and helpful in ensuring a clean room. James provided information about dinner options. The front desk manager/trainee, an older, light-skinned black female, was kind and added value. the entire staff was courteous and the breakfast was delicious. The beds were clean and comfortable, after a long drive it was much-needed.

The room was extremely pleasant and very comfortable. Also the location was right by the interstate and food locations and still very quite.

I recently stayed at Hampton Inn in New Albany for a family trip with my small children. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with plenty of towels and toiletries provided. The standout feature of the hotel was the staff, especially the manager Joyce. She was incredibly sweet and caring, making sure we had everything we needed, even providing breakfast for us when we arrived just after it ended. Lisa from housekeeping was also friendly and helpful in keeping our room clean. James informed us about the dinner options available. The entire staff was kind and courteous, making us feel welcomed and appreciated during our stay.

I would be happy to recommend this hotel.

Secure and nice.

After a special request for a quite room we were given a room at the end of the corridor where the interstate makes a sharp turn. The opposite side of the corridor does not face to interstate in which all the rooms were quite. However we were given the one not only facing to the road but at the end of the corridor means the room closest to the road. Whole night each track stopped at the curve to reduce the speed with a special noise. First thing in the morning I asked the receptionist lady if the hotel was full last night and she said no. I guess that was a special service to the Booked.net customer. They did not give me the receipt but said Booked.net will do it. Although my next night was again booked through Booked.net but I got the receipt. My conclusion about this hotel was not friendly to the Booked.net users.

the indoor pool and the great selection for the breakfast. located in great spot, it was quite, so very comfortable..and most of call it is CLEAN!
