This hotel was in the best location for us, good price, and overall best value for the money.
All-in-all, a well run hotel in a great location which offers you value for your money.
If you want to save money on your lodging and food cost and still stay at a descent hotel in NYC stay here, you will not regret your choice.
If you're not too picky and you want good location at affordable prices this hotel is a good place to be.

Again, the location was wonderful - close to the theaters, City Sights bus tour.

We were able to walk to most locations and public transport, buses, subway and taxis were all close by for trips downtown.
Taxis were easy to get right at the front door, and there is a subway stop a block south.

The bed spreads had old blood on them, and the bathroom had hairs all over the toilet and in the bath tub.

Complimentary breakfast to-go bags are offered (include an apple, bottle of water, cereal bar, and mints), as are cookies, a bowl of apples, tea, hot chocolate, coffee, and USA Today papers.
There wasn't a restaurant or bar at the hotel but its all right outside.
The front desk staff and concierge staff are all extremely polite, respectful and helpful with any question you might have.
Staff was amazing, including Sandra at the front desk, Eugene and Chris the concierge/bellmen.
Just head down the elevator to the lobby before 10 AM, and enjoy!
We had to show our room keycard to get on the elevator and the bellman and concierge kept a close eye on the people in the lobby area.
Negatives: There was construction on their parking garage the 5 days we were there.
While others have stated the perks, I'll reinforce some of them: free internet (our room had wired and wireless), free coffee/tea (24/7), a nice breakfast spread (and breakfast-to-go on the weekdays!
This hotel does not have a business center, but does have free wireless throughout and free high speed internet in the rooms.
The room was spacious, clean and fresh smelling.
A/C unit was noisy but the room was generally clean and tidy.
Staff were brilliant, spacious bedrooms were very clean and the breakfast was very good.
Very comfortable clean rooms and the complimentary breakfast.
The rooms are very clean and comfortable and we had a wonderful/fun view of Eigth Avenue.
