Hampton Inn Lynchburg - 林奇堡

Rooms were very clean, comfortable new bed, quite quiet despite exterior door (perhaps they also did some soundproofing).

Real nice clean room and all, oh da bathroom smelled like somebody done a #2 befo I checked in, but she aired out ahight wit the fan on.

What a wonderful experience we had, needless to say there was not any saggy beds, tattered box springs, moldy bathrooms or incompetent staff.

Otherwise, though, the room was large (but cramped with two beds, a desk, a coffee table, three chairs, a closet, a dresser, etc.

It was clean and the bed I used was very comfortable.

Standard generous breakfast bar, though slow to replenish.

Each morning there was a nice breakfast available at 5:30am with coffee, (many choices) fruit salad and individual fruit, bagels, danish, muffins, eggs, sausage, biscuits, cereals, and juices.

Breakfast was standard motel fare, but they kept everything in good supply.

I had no problem with the breakfast, which was amply supplied and tasted fresh.

Definitely the worst attitude staff I have encountered - management to front desk.

Hilton reservations and property staff wound around each other for 24 hours or so getting more and more confused until I was forced to take a middle man position and sort it out myself.

Staff was cheerful and polite, despite being completely booked for the weekend (college graduations).

The staff was so polite, courteous, helpful and accommodating.

The woman manager appears to be inept while the employees raelly are doing their best.

We observed the managers interaction with employees and guests and it was truly embarrassing.

Reservation was incorrectly made by Hilton.
