Perfect location, from the mountains up North to Long beach and view beautiful landscaping near the hotel.

Good location in upscale area and very nice hotel.

What was important to us was (1) a safe area that allowed us to walk outside at nighttime; (2) a comfortable bed; and (3) a quiet room.

Excellent location, great room, fast internet, comfy bed.

I replaced the one on our bed with a nice vellux blanket from the drawer, so it wasn't a problem.

We arrived late the night we checked in, and immediately settled in for bed.

Very few places offer a complimentary breakfast and the room beds are great.

The positives were the friendly staff, the great breakfast, the decor & cleanliness of the room and the rest of the hotel, the free use of two guest computers (bring your own paper if you wish to print anything because they're usually out), the heated pool, the beautiful view of the mountains, the close interstate access, and the many restaurants nearby (in an area safe enough to walk outside at night time!

The rooms were quiet, the breakfast bar was great too-- cereals and the pool was nice too.

We would be hard pressed to lodge a complaint against a hotel with service that remarkable.

The staff was great - they put fresh baked cookies out in the afternoon -and were very helpful.

Booking through Hampton online was the best deal I found when looking at many online services.

Few hotels offer free parking and we never had a problem parking even when returning after midnight from Disneyland or Sea World.

By the elevators get a coupon for an extra $8 off each person at Universal.

The food was fine, the pool was clean too.

This hotel is exceptionally clean and free internet connection is great.

This hotel was a fabulous hotel, the staff was very helpful and rooms were clean and neat.

The staff especially helpful, rooms are clean and the breakfast is great.

Business center are free, other stores that can only be useful to residents and a great place to spend a night or two for a tiny amount of money. A nice home port for traveling or sight seeing, the staff was very accomodating Here is a rundown and the rooms are good sized.

The area was Very nice and the Hotel staff was great. Service was pleasant, the bed was extremely comfortable and the refrigerator was huge. The food was fine, the pool was clean too.

Plenty of restaurants near by in a busy area and hotel crew courteous. The staff have always been friendly and available, rooms are quiet. Breakfast is free.
