Convient location to where we need to be, very clean, nice pool, friendly staff, comfy beds and great HOT breakfast.
Great location for keeneland and as far as the breakfast goes I would say is one of the better ones we have had at hotels.
Hotel is close to both the Bluegrass Airport and the Keeneland Race Track.
The next day we asked the Manager if we could have a room with a more comfortable bed where we could access the closet and he said that all of the standard rooms were that way.
The bed was GREAT and they gave me a choice of pillows (I like the small, flat one the best).
It contained a King size bed , a large easy chair with ottoman and a desk with chair.
We also upgraded the second room we were renting and that room was just as spacious but had one of the older beds.
The bed sunk in the middle when two people slept in it and was very uncomfortable.
Quick expressway access to downtown Lexington shopping and restaurants, as well as several restaurants within walking distance of hotel.
Hotel serves a great continental breakfast (waffles, eggs, sausage, biscuits, fruit, cereal, coffee and juices, etc.
As far as the breakfast goes I would say it is one of the better ones we have had at hotels.
As mentioned by another reviewer, the breakfast is the cheapest quality of any hotels that I have stayed.
The breakfast was crummy-- don't count it in as a perk.
The hotel was quiet and the front desk staff was friendly.
The pool area looked clean we did not use or the exercise facilities and this hotel was the best one available for booking at the last minute.
The rooms are very clean and well appointed, with a work space and internet access.
The bathroom was not very clean as it had coffee spilled on the wall above the waste basket.
Friendly staff -- thats the good stuff ends, bathroom clean and all of the food was amazing.
