Great location, clean rooms, and a staff that has broken their neck for us.
Room was clean except for someone's bottle of blood pressure pills left under the bed.
Our room featured the Hampton bed which was very comfortable.
The room was a little narrow for the furniture, but the beds were very comfortable, everything was clean and welcoming.
Since it was late, I decided to wait till morning and just get in the other bed.
I pulled down the covers of that bed only to discover soiled sheets.
No seats were available for breakfast at various times in the morning, not surprised for a Saturday.
Breakfast: We enjoyed the breakfast each day.
There is an O'Charley's in the parking lot in front of the hotel and a few other restaurants across the street (all within walking distance).
We have stayed here frequently over the years because it is right next door to an O'Charley's restaurant and has always been clean and quiet.
Last but not least, there is a free hot and cold breakfast.
The staff were friendly and check-in was fast.
Thanks to the entire staff that made us feel so welcome.
I called the front desk who sent up the security guard with new sheets, covers, pillows.
All their power strips were in use so the manager gave us one from her desk.
Other: There are two computers in the lobby that are available for general use including printing.
My wife and I checked in after a long drive to find a friendly greeting, well lit lobby with cookies and lemonade.
Pool was clean and the outdoor areas nice.
The room was very clean but small and was adequate for our needs.
Room service came back in again for my final day and the room was spotless.

This hotel has a clean exterior and lobby. The room had been made up, but not cleaned.

Room service came immediately and cleaned off the bathroom area. I asked if the rest of the room was cleaned and she assured me it was taken care of. Room service came back in again for my final day and the room was spotless.

Rooms: The hotel is older but has been extremely well-maintained. Our room featured the Hampton bed which was very comfortable. Breakfast: We enjoyed the breakfast each day.
The seating area got a little crowded both days but we didn't mind walking back to our room to eat (they have some cardboard trays if you need some help).
