The location is convenient and the staff is makes this place awesome.
While the rooms are great, and the large plasma screen tv's in each room are awesome, the staff is what makes this place awesome!
Awesome stay, staff is very friendly and helpful, a huge bed to get lost in.
The bed was AWESOME, isnt a indoor pool supposed to be heated.
4+Star rooms (Plasma TVs, Granite counters, fridge & microwave in basic room, etc.
The Hampton Inn Joliet I55 staff, room cleanliness and attention to detail was at a level which is lacking in most 5 star hotels these days.
The cable tv went out for the better part of 24 hours, the free breakfasts were A+ every day.
Attention to detail is obvious, the breakfast is great (as they are in all Hamptons).
The front desk staff went out of their way to be friendly and helpful, the room was very huge, food was better than expected.
Amazing Hotel, attentive staff and the maids never cleaned our room.
The staff was courteous and the free internet worked great.
Perfect stay and the staff were helpful and polite.
Both times the lobby was inviting and you couldn't ask for anything more in a staff.
At check in they explained the services of the hotel and the area.
Pool is sparkling, fitness center is great.
The room was immaculately clean, the free breakfast was a great bonus.
The rooms are clean and the jacuzzi is great.
