  Beach has lots of room and clean soft sand, pool areas are very nice. Hotel is fine and staff is very friendly and responsive to customer needs. New furnishngs, new bedding, super comfort beds and 4 pillows per bed, the free breakfast is not used to be either.

  Public areas are clean, the pool is of Disney Quality and access to the beautiful beach wonderful, staff are very friendly and helpful. The balconies and oceanview are fabulous, the breakfast is excellent.

  Pool area great for families and awesome Oceanfront Hotel. Beautiful venue overlooking the ocean we did all of the decorations ourselves, the staff were polite, friendly and helpful, the rooms were modern and exceptionally clean. The breakfast was a nice surprise compared to the continental that you normally see.

  Nice roomy breakfast area, amazing hotel and great wedding venue. The price isn't bad either, the interior clearly has been updated as well as the rooms.

  Beautiful view of the ocean/surf from the balcony, very nice stay and great Price. Wonderful and friendly staff, clean Rooms. The complimentary breakfast was good, pool was the best.

  The location on the beach is excellent, etc. The Pool is also probabley the best of any hotel in Jacksonville and the staff could not have been more helpful. The rooms are very clean and i like the fact that linens are cleaned daily.

  The breakfast area overlooks the exceptional pool, great place and the staff were wonderful especially the Assistant General Manager. The room was spacious.

  The location is convenient to alot of restaurants and clubs, this hotel is clean and bug free. The pool is very large and has a waterfall and also a hot tub.

  Local area had a good variety of food and close to grocery store, the Hotel staff were friendly and helpful, the accommodation were great as well. The continental breakfast was just that, continental.

  The room was great and the balcony overlooking the ocean gave us an amazing view, fourth, the hot tub was out of order for our entire stay. The staff were very friendly.

  The service at this location was fantastic, an extra friendly staff made our stay enjoyable and the rooms were neat and included a microwave and refrigerator. The complimentary breakfast included hot items and the pool was great.

  Very clean, updated and great location, very nice hotel, the staff were helpful, and courteous. Rooms were clean and large, breakfast was very good and the pool just amazing.

  Heated pool and very nice pool area, great Hotel. Hotal staff extremely friendly and very clean bathroom, just perfect. Breakfast lacked fresh fruit.
