  The location is excellent, this hotel is a great value and teas and spa water are available at all hours in the lobby. Front desk people are very courteous, the rooms are good sized and clean, breakfast is fine for a quick get away.

  Stores close by, The Galleria is very closed and the parking fee is ridiculous this was never charged before.

  Location was good and my stay did not meet the level of service Ive experienced at other Hampton Inn hotels. The lobby area for breakfast was very nice, staff were friendly and all the employees were very helpfull and kind. The room was quite large, free newspapers were also available and the leisure facilities were excellent.

  The elevators were particularly filthy and towel changing to be made a daily affair.

  Convenient location, nice hotel and great price. Lobby being renovated now and staff were helpful. Bath tub was big, breakfast was delicious.

  Nice, easy and convenient near The Galleria area in Houston, excellent value. Great price, the free coffee in the lobby and as I rented a car, the staff were courteous and helpful. The beds were heavenly, breakfast was included and there was a good choice and tasty.

  Perfect inexpensive option for galleria area and great Place. At the front desk, clean room and wonderful mattress. Quick elevators and the free hot breakfast.

  Location is perfect and for a casual stay would be fine. The laundry service is efficient and of good value, the rooms are decent. The hot food choices vary everyday.

  This area is known for its wonderful shopping, nightlife and restaurants, the best thing about the hotel is the breakfast. Staff couldn't have been more helpful and friendly, the guest services book in the room states complimentary parking.

  Public areas are spacious and breakfast buffet had lots of great choices, this hotel is located right near the Houston Galleria, the rooms are comfortable and clean, the staff helpful.

  Convenient location near galleria, and a basically on the 610 service road, good Hotel, the staff were friendly and helpful. Bed was great, the breakfast included in the price was excellent.

  The location was great for shopping at The Galleria, this place did NOT make a good first impression and the front desk staff were very nice. The room had a frig and microwave and large flat screen tv.
