I had a very nice stay on vacation. The rooms were reasonably large and updated by the front desk. They offered wake-up service. A flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a microwave, and a refrigerator were provided. The location was particularly good compared to other hotels in the area.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Glenwood Springs and had a fantastic experience. The location was perfect, with easy access to the Adventure Park and the gondola. The room was clean, comfortable, and had a great view. The staff was friendly and helpful, especially the front desk manager, Alice. The breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options. I also enjoyed the hot tub after a long day of hiking. it was a wonderful stay.
The only downside was that there was no bicycle rack outside, which would have been convenient for guests who rented bikes.

I loved everything about this hotel. The morning breakfast was decent/good, not just cereal and oatmeal. The room was Amazing! I had visited a Hyatt hotel in Cal. in Feb and the bathroom resembled the exact theme. The bed was extremely comfy and relaxing, just the entry way into our room was very nice and sleek. It was very nice, relaxing and still had some spice. The colors and decorations went great together and balanced perfectly. It wasn't over done or crazy. I also loved the fact that the room had a microwave and mini fridge in all the rooms, came in handy. I didn't swim much but my boyfriend thought the pool temp. was perfect and the hot tub was very nice. The hotel was in a great spot in town and you were able to walk to everything which was Great!

The value for money at the hotel was excellent and the room was very comfortable and clean. The location was great, close to Glenwood Adventure Park and Iron Mountain Hot Springs. The staff were friendly and efficient, and I especially loved the cookies and free waters they provided. The breakfast area had a fantastic selection of food and Erika, the staff member in charge, really went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. The outdoor area by the pool with the patio table and chairs was a lovely place to relax and enjoy a cup of coffee.
The breakfast selection could be improved with a bit more space for the number of guests.

I've stayed at the Hampton Inn with grandchildren, my children, and with friends. It has everything I want -- indoor pool and jacuzzi, fabulous hot breakfast, very clean and comfortable rooms that are modern. The internet is available, it's convenient to the Hot Springs and the chairlift to the top of the mountain where there's lots of fun things for the kids to enjoy. It's convenient to the best restaurants, it's convenient to the mall. It's a great price for all that it provides and it's still close enough to Aspen to take a day trip there. There's a covered drive-thru to unload luggage in the rain and for smoking. There's always plenty of convenient parking. The staff are always so nice, helpful, and easy-going, they really make me feel welcome. As a single woman, I feel safe there and that's very important to me. I just have such a nice time when I stay at the Hampton in Glenwood Springs.

The room was very clean.
We were in the hot tub when a couple from the neighboring hotel were alowed in the pool / hot tub due to their hotels hot tub being broke down. We did not appreciate this. We paid for our stay there and didnt think they should be allowed in if Hampton customers were using it.

Management staff was excellent and accommodating!!
Had to change rooms 3 times due to various problems in every room (TV didn't work, someone had smoked in another room so it stunk terribly; bathtub dirty with someone else hair there).
