The location is great and the staff here are friendly and helpful.
It was very busy at that time; there were also many guests from a bus tour.
The room was not very spacious, but it had the whirlpool next to the King bed, a sort of pink tub, not very new, but it was clean, in good state and it worked fine.
The bed was of good quality and had the new bedding; further a comfortable chair and a working desk with chair.
The price was very reasonable for a basic, lobby was clean and the bed was of good quality.
The rooms were clean, spacious, and the beds comfortable.
Huge room with 2 comfy beds and sofa pullout!
The mattress was comfortable, complimentary basic breakfast bar featured cereals and the pool hottub were nice.
We didn't eat breakfast because we slept in!
The staff was really professional and friendly, breakfast the next day was very good.
Restaurants was fabulous, the pool was very warm.
The hot breakfast in the morning was well worth the night stay and staff was nice.
From the outside the hotel looks great and the front desk clerk was very warm and friendly.
Pleasantly surprised how clean the facilities were and the staff all had smiles on their faces and demonstrated they had pride in their work assignments.

We couldn’t find one of the two carts and asked at the front desk.
It also had about 4 or 5 patio sets around the pool, which is great for parents.
I check in late and check out early, so didn't have a chance to use the pool.
Once you find it there is parking available, the only word of warning is that the trail is slighly downhill leaving Gaylord so you have all the uphill on the return at the end of the day.
Rooms are clean, the indoor pool is large.

The hotel was really clean, service was great and the beds were very comfortable.
Huge room, a wide variety of tea and pleasantly surprised clean the facilities were.
