Perfect location as we were attending a competition at the convention center and room was OK for just a one night stay. The lobby was very comfortable we were waiting for our friends and staff were friendly and helpful. The beds were great and fireplace was nice. The breakfast was well stocked.

Perfect place and great Service. The most comfortable beds and excellent breakfast. Lots of fresh fruit too and a fruit salad.

Lots of souvenir shops and overpriced attractions, the Smoky Mountains National Park, the bathroom in the lobby wasn't clean either.
