    The rooms were single rooms (had reserved kings, but got 1 double bed rooms).

    In addition, the room was small (bathroom included), the furniture chintzy, and the mattress sagged to one side.

    My daughter and family also had a room and she started complaining to me about the beds before I did.

    Although some furniture was in need of repair, the overall room opinion was nice.

    The hot water never really got hot, and the tub drained slowly.

    The only good thing I can say is that the breakfast bar was up to standard.

    The breakfast bar was pretty good with no complaints from anyone in my group.

    Good service is always appreciated, the breakfast manager always started our day off great.

    The front desk employee spent most of the time flirting with the housekeepers that were all gathered around the desk instead of focusing on the customer.

    The staff failed to explain that at checkin and refused to work with me on the bill.

    This Hampton Inn is not as nice as many HI's and is not as nice as it was about 7 years ago under a former manager.

    I was told I had that rate during my reservation and at check in.

    The walls were soundproof, which I was initially worried about since the hotel was obviously packed by looking at the parking lot.

    Hilton is opening a Hilton Garden Inn on Sycamore Dairy Road in the near future which is where we will stay after it opens.

    The rooms were clean, breakfast buffet was more than adequate.

    The bathroom was clean, automatic checkout were nice features.

    Friendly staff clean room, good pillows etc and not just a continental breakfast.

        Otherwise the rooms and hotel were nice. We stayed in a Hampton on the way down to Florida and the beds were great.
