The room was nice and pretty spacious, plus the view was great - I really liked it! The location was top-notch, super convenient for the events we were going to 😊.

The location was absolutely perfect - walking distance to everywhere we wanted to go. We stayed in a neat and perfect room with a microwave and refrigerator, and greatly enjoyed it. The check-in was fast, and the staff was very attentive.

The hotel has an absolutely perfect location near Canton and the Football Hall of Fame. Also, I loved the Ohio Military Museum, which is just a 10-15 minutes walk from the venue. The breakfast is hot and excellent, with a wide range of meals.

It was an unbeatable location close to restaurants and bars, multiple downtown attractions and restaurants and Hampton Inn Massillon. The breakfast always had hot choices.

Convenient location for exploring the old town, just a short walk away. It's nice that it's only a 22-minute drive from the airport 🚗.

The location is nice and magnificent, just 1 mile from Massillon Baptist Temple. Its rooms are a nice size and perfect for a good stay for holidays.

No thorough cleaning, trash on floor, no shower cleaning

We had a great stay at a beautiful hotel with a breathtaking countryside view. The room was spacious and the king bed was incredibly comfortable. The breakfast was delicious with scrambled eggs and diced ham. We loved the unique feature of the hotel being on top of a parking garage, which provided spectacular views. Despite a minor issue with the window rattling during rain, we still managed to get a good night's sleep. we highly recommend this hotel.

The gang of bored teens hanging around the parking structure should have been shooed away. They were there for hours, and were doing their best to be intimidating.

Never received room service, even though we were out of the room for several hours. Had to call and ask for the trash to be emptied and for clean towels. When I mentioned this at check out, was just given excuses.
