Well-appointed and spotless rooms, such wonderful stay for your visit to Mérida! Very comfy bed, pay television, a laptop-compatible safe, and a microwave oven in the room. Good and decent location next to a mall, easy to get around.

Location: the hotel was close to Merida for business and malls and costco. There was café Starbucks, that I found within 10 minutes' walk of the venue. The double room was average sized, it included a safe box, multi-channel television and a fridge. The breakfast was good and included.

Modern hotel, greatly enjoyed its excellent co-operating staff and satisfactory breakfast. The lobby bar was excellent.

I recently stayed at a 4-star hotel in Mexico and it was absolutely amazing! The hotel was very clean and well-maintained. As soon as I stepped into my room, I was greeted by a pleasant aroma and a beautifully decorated space. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the room had all the necessary amenities such as a mini-fridge and great lighting. The air conditioning worked perfectly and was not noisy at all. It truly felt like I was staying at a luxurious American hotel.

Fairly clean place and excellent co-operating staff, liked decent and excellent location. The room was neat and well-appointed with comfy beds, and I slept very well. Location: the hotel was near to the historical sites, the various sightseeing or golf, and the airport. A wide array of restaurants to eat close by, like Habaneros that was only 5 minutes' walk away.

I enjoyed central heating, an individual safe, and pay television in the comfortable modern room. Good bed, I slept like a baby. The location was magnificent as a museum and a movie theater were close to the hotel. There were shopping centers and nice stores around the venue.

The hotel is conveniently located near a mall and convention center, and the surrounding area is well-maintained. we highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay.

Comfy location, close to Juega y Juega. The staff were extremely helpful and food was great! A decent size, spotless room with a private bathroom and a shower, a hairdryer and bath sheets.

The friendly and accommodating staff went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met. The breakfast had a great variety of options to choose from, keeping both adults and children satisfied. The comfortable beds and spacious room provided a perfect retreat after a day of exploring the nearby sightseeing spots and golf courses. Additionally, the hotel's location near the Centro and the convenience of a supermarket nearby made our stay even more enjoyable.

The only downside was the limited menu for room service and having to go down for every food delivery.
