Hampton Inn Boston-Norwood, Ma

The location is pretty great and the Hampton Inn in Norwood is clean.

The service was great, the room was very clean, the location was convenient and the free breakfast was very good.

The hotel was in the perfect location to be close to the stadium and to Boston.

Apart from the location which was a bit far out from Boston itself we loved everything about this hotel.

Tourist bus will collect you if you want to see the sights of downtown Boston.

I especially liked the room -- a studio suite that was spacious and well set-up.

The room is typical of other Hampton properties, 2 very comfortable beds, plenty of lights, a large closet, sitting chair, a recently remodeled bathroom with a granite and cherry vanity, a desk, free wireless and free parking.

The bed was very comfortable and we liked that the room had a small kitchen area.

There is a fitness room with brand new machines and a flat panel TV.

Staff was friendly, spa bath were good fun and the complementary breakfast was delightful for our family of four.

The complimentary breakfast is a nice touch and we had a lovely meal in “Joe and Maria’s” restaurant in the hotel.

This was probably the nicest hotel I've stayed for the money - all of hotel was very clean, room was large and nice, breakfast was great, staff was friendly, convenient to many restaurants.

We hit the Chateau Italian restaurant/bar in the hotel parking lot instead.

We ate in their huge sports bar, had a delicious meal and got to watch the NFC Championship game at the same time!

The best part about this hotel is their chinese restaurant - We got 7 different appetizers and dishes through room service, not only was the food fantastic, our total room service charge was less than $40!

Staff at front desk very pleasant and a nice LCD TV is available to use in the room.

The front desk staff are generally friendly and the Italian restaurant attached is excellent.

We were with a big group of people and the hotel staff went out of their way to make sure we were all happy, well fed, and quickly and accurately answered any and all questions.

We were well satisfied and really felt the staff did more than their jobs, being helpful, responsive, cleaning all the time, and being friendly.

The pool and spa bath were good fun and not at all busy early evening.

The hotel houses a lovely indoor pool with a separate whirlpool which we enjoyed.

The pool is fairly nice for lap swimmers, although it is only 3' deep throughout.

The room was clean, breakfast staff was very friendly.

The service was great, the rooms were very clean and the food was I would call fair at best.

The rooms we re very comfortable and clean, great restaurant within the carpark.

Furthermore the bathroom was spotless, the complimentary breakfast was a bonus and the housekeeping manager was very friendly.

The staff was polite and the laundry room was clean.
