I called the hotel and spoke to several managers, and they ultimately agreed to credit me back half of my fee, but refused to credit the other half.
It's next to a mall with a few restaurants, so the location is good for those who don't just want to sit in their room, although I don't believe it's near very many corporate campuses.
The location is a bit inconvenient, not "easy on, easy off" from the interstate.
The location isn't ideal, but once we got into our room we were very excited!
If it weren't for it being on the other side of town from the airport, I would give this hotel 5 stars.
The room was HUGE and our bathroom, which was also huge, had a two personal whirpool bathtub.
The bed is very comfortable and the TV is clear and HD.
Recommending a great place to eat within walking distance of the hotel, the bed is very comfortable.
The bathroom in our King room only had a shower but what a shower.
Our rooms were generously sized, and the bathrooms were also plenty large, and very clean.
The breakfast room/lounge is huge in comparison to others I have seen, so that makes it wonderful, especially when travelling on business.
The mattress was very comfortable, the breakfast attendants were very helpful.
The hotel includes a "hot" breakfast in the rate, and I usually enjoy Hampton Inn's breakfsts, but this was only so-so.
I would be happy to recommend the hotel, but if you are hungry for breakfast, go across the street to Bob Evans!

Stay in the Hampton Inn of Bloomington-Normal as a FAR better alternative and the staff was very friendly as a whole.
The hotel lobby and greeting area was clean and there were staff to assist if needed.
Oh yes I was not bothered in the morning by those housekeeping noises.
The parking seemed rather far from the building, but that was compounded by the negative 23 degree weather outside.
There was a small indoor pool and health center which looked inviting, but we did not have the time to enjoy them.
There was free wireless internet access, accessed with a code provided with my key upon check-in.
The rooms ar large, extra-clean, and well kept.
The front desk clerk was friendly and helpful, our room was EXTREMELY clean, breakfast was one of the better ones we experienced.
If you want a clean room at a decent price, this is a great choice!
