  We can not say enough about the hotel and staff. Clean rooms, exceptional staff, and great location.

• Clean, comfortable, quiet, quite new.

  Hot breakfast although the egg/potato/cheese concoction was "strange" and not terribly edible.

  The hotel is spotless, the young staff displayed flawless service, the rooms were welcoming and the community held many surprises. After chatting with the manager, a former hotel inspector, I see why every moment of my stay was so pleasant.

  The beds were comfortable but that didn't make up for the rude staff.

  The staff was unfriendly and made me feel as if I were bothering them each time I had a request.

  The kingsize bed was the most comfortable one I have ever slept in and the pillows and comforter were so yummy I felt like I was inside a marshmellow. The staff were always smiling and assuring that the customers had everything they needed.

  We stayed there on March 24 and were surprised by the abundance of fluffy pillows and the beautifully appointed bathroom. Despite the investation of ladybugs and the tacky adults in the breakfast room wearing their pajamas, we enjoyed our stay there.

  The very comfortable king-size bed has white sheets and a white duvet, so you really can see how clean it is. The large padded bench at the end of the bed came in very handy. We also loved that there were eight three prong outlets right next to the desk and complimentary wifi. The television was just a regular 20-some inch tv but it got good reception and seemed to have all the cable choices. Probably the most impressive aspect of the room was the bathroom, or more specifically, the vanity. The entrance lobby is large and very nice.

  Probably the only drawbacks I can think of are finding the hotel and the location/landscaping.

  We stayed in a room with a king bed and a pull out sofa. The room was nicely furnished, with a microwave and refrigerator. The bedding was excellent - a most comfortable bed, clean duvet comforter cover, and nice, fitted cotton sheets. I also resented their cancellation policy - which was 24 hours (although they tried to tell me 72 hours on the phone!

  It is beautifully decorated, with earth tones, nice tile floors and granite counters all around. The room was small but nicely outfitted with our choice of soft or firm pillows, large, fluffy duvets, a mini-fridge and microwave. Everyone was very helpful and Tara from housekeeping even tucked my kids stuffed animals into the bed after she made it and left a return note for my daughter (along with 2 lollipops! The kids enjoyed the pool/hot tub area, which is nicely done. Downsides: the driveway and parts of the parking area are still torn up from construction, I'm sure they will re-surface the area at some point.

  The strong smell of chlorine in the pool area bothered my eyes, but not the kids.
