Hamptons are becoming a favorite hotel of mine when traveling for some business -- good prices, comfortable rooms.
For the most part Hampton Inns are pretty standard and you can expect the same accommodates/amenities at each location.
I am not familiar with Sacramento and can't comment on the location, but I would definitely recommend the hotel.
The rooms and bathrooms are good sized, the bed comfortable, internet access is free, and the free breakfast quite good.
The rooms are spacious bedding is comfortable [I like Hampton's new bedding, nice comforters] room has a coffee maker, ironing board, coffee maker, mini fridge, and microwave.
The bed comfortable and the breakfast was pretty good.
The rooms were hot and humid due to just shampooed rugs leaving the beds, our clothes and us feeling sticky.
It may have been how tired I was but the bed was fantastic!
As the staff was super nice and attentive, the high speed internet connection worked fine, the breakfast was pretty good.
The next morning breakfast was more than we could have hoped for.

The continental breakfast the next morning was a life saver; I would say it's a step above your typical Holiday Inn Express.
No restaurants adjacent or within walking distance, so be prepared to drive.
