Towels were also nice and fluffy, not what is usually found in this price hotel.

This hotel seems nice on the surface, but it is really lacking in several ways and definitely isn't worth the premium price.

All in all, one of the poorest hotel experiences I've had in a long time, especially given the high price tag.

They had a hot station with scrambled eggs and ham, plus a toast station with bagels, english muffins, bread, doughnuts.

The beds were very comfortable and 4 pillows for each bed plus extra blankets were provided.

We have had hotels offer to comp us something just for a room not being ready on time or because the king bed we booked was unfortunately not available.

There were large, extra pillows on each bed and the view from our room was great.

Beds were made with down coverlets, and they even provided 3 down pillows plus one "firm" pillow on each bed so that you had a choice.

A nice comfortable king bed, the complimentary breakfast was very good.

Breakfast area was clean, spacious and well planned.

The free breakfast was by far the very best we've had.

Breakfast was great and they did a remarkable job of keeping up with all of us that had to be at the college by 8:00 am.

While the hotel claims to offer wireless internet access, most of the building seems to be out of range.

      I went in to ask a none to friendly desk clerk what to do. Based on our experience i cannot recommend this hotel as if this is their customer service on a large issue like this i can't believe they would be any more accomodating with smaller more common hotel issues.

      It's a shame because this is a very nice looking hotel, however the customer service leaves little to be desired. When we arrived it was snowing and had a hard time finding a parking space. When we returned the parking lot still did not look as if it had been plowed (8 hours later) and there were no parking spots. We went back in and they told us oh yes, the snowplow had ran in to it and they couldn't find the license information to track us down (even though we had filled out a paper when we checked in with our car description and license number - it was the only mini cooper in the lot) and here is the manager's card, call him on monday. My husband spoke with the general manager who told him to get the car fixed at his garage, fax the receipts and they would reimburse him. It's my opinion that if this is the level of service for both the Hilton and the Hampton Inn Jamestown, I'll take my business to the Marriott any day.
