Staff were consistently courteous and all very pleasant!
Enjoyed the airy and neat room with good views. The location in a good area was marvellous and there were retailers and all the main shops nearby.

The hotel was great and absolutely fabulous with really good personnel on the reception desk. The restaurant was nice for dinner, I tried hot dishes. Marvellous and super location, it was close to the train station.

The units where recently renovated and the staff were friendly attentive and particularly attentive people on the reception desk. The view of the town was pleasant and breakfast was warm and large. Great location not far from railway station and metro station and Station Car park, I felt safe. Btw, it was an easy walk to Cathedral Church of st Mary.
Sadly, but there was bad smell in some areas.
