Hampstead Britannia Hotel - 伦敦

Easy access to the city centre and the location of the hotel is very pleasant next to Primrose Hill.

Excellent location for gothing up in Camden and hotel in a good laction close to metro.

What makes this hotel stand out for me is the location.

The hotel was in a great location - quiet and residential - and within walking distance of at least three Underground stations.

The closest underground station is swiss cottage,so its a long walk from there to the hotel and with luggage it can really ---,its very nice around there and safe do.

Just the most appalling experience - room stank of old fags - bad furniture - lumpy bed dreadful service - peeling paint work -sleep on a park bench but don't stay here!

The bed was comfortable with sheets changed every day, and the shower was neither too hot of too cold and bath wasn't too small.

The room itself was tiny, not even a full sized double bed for the two of us, the side of which was covered in brown stains.

The bed was not comfortable, and the heating did not work properly.

The furniture looks as if it has been salvaged from the dump, the bathroom was unsanitary and I felt more dirty having been in the room than travelling on the underground.

Breakfast restaurant dirty - tables were not cleaned between diners, some resorted to clearing tables themselves, cutlery dirty, food quality poor, and items were not replenished as they ran out without asking and waiting.

Good restaurants around the corner plus a breakfast bakery.

Didn't eat or drink there as we went to london to do camden and hampstead restuarant and pubs but menu and bar prices seemed average for that area.

The service and the food were very good, Both Breakfast and dinner were an open buffet with a good variety of choices.

There are some cool pubs and gastro-pubs and nice little shops and restaurants very near by.

The service we received at reception was very professional and friendly.

The reception staff were friendly although there was a small language barrier, and we had a few problems at breakfast with the staff telling us we weren’t booked for breakfast when this wasn’t the case.

The reception staff were coldly efficient, nothing more.

Whilst we found the front desk staff very pleasant our meeting with management over our complaints were disappointing and met with disbelief and an offer of less than 10% off the bill!

I was given (number 321) was directly opposite a service facility elevator, which is utilised by the housekeeping and cleaning personnel whilst servicing the rooms.

Incidentally, we took the car out for a few hours on Saturday afternoon and were still able to find a parking space when we returned.

In a nice area between Belsize Park and parking available & closeness to camden town.

The room was clean but it's a little old.

When we were able to go to our room, we found it to be well-furnished and spotlessly clean.

All the bathrooms were poor and although possibly clean, they looked dirty especially around the wash hand basin.

That the staff were nice and room was clean.

I stayed at a travelodge the day before and consider those Hotels a really good place to stay, with clean modern basic rooms and good prices.
