The location is perfect, you can take a nice stroll down the tree lined Maliebaan to the old town of Utrecht is stunning and very close stroll to the charming city centreshere you easiliy find abreakfast plce at a lower price then in the hotel.

Nice location, next to downtown on a quiet street and perfect for a 1 night stay.

Overall very nice location and accessible to buses. Near downtown Utrecht, the house is very welcoming and charming, friendly staff at the front desk. Free wi-fi internet access.

A small refrigerator or mini bar should have been useful and breakfast starting time a bit late.

Very good location and also locates near Wilhelmina park. A very nice place, well placed you are in utrecht to visit the Schöder house by Rietveld and the staff is very available. The beds are very comfortable.

Within easy reach of the centre and the Malie is a really good hotel.

The bathroom instead is very small and terrace have the feel of a more expensive property.
