  The staff is superb from housekeeping to beach attendants and Jamaica is beautiful. Price for a round varies and it’s about $30 for a cart and $20 for a caddy, the furniture and style is classic heritage, valtur's service is much better. The bed just sucked you in and vary comfortable, the food is good all over, even in the pub, seagrape choices and flexibility are amazing for the size of resort.

  The service at the beach bar was attentive, the drinks honest and the living areas were comfortable and nicely furnished. Of the hotel were wonderful, the staff were fantastic and the mosquitoes ate me alive. The rooms were very hot and food was gorgeous. Rehearsal dinner were beautiful, the spa was great.

  Jamaican airport greeters did a nice job of directing us, home style cooking was wonderful and staff were friendly, efficient and could not do enough for us. The water was perfect and restaurant was good. After dinner we had a quick wardrobe change and we were off to margaritaville, our pool was cleaned well every day by Cosray and co.

  Staff in all areas of the resort were extremely friendly and happy to assist, very, very nice setting and the food was delicious, lastly, the service we thought was great. Our room was gorgeous and the restaurants were fantastic. Dinner and lunch at the royal stocks was also really good, the spa was one of the best we have see and experienced.

  This place is amazing and staff is lovely. Rooms by the water are spectacular, plenty of towels and enough sunbeds to go round.

  Excellent value for a luxury venue and beautiful Hotel. The staff were very pleasant and the room was large and clean and the a/c worked well. The food there was awesome, the workout facility was nice.

  A great place and a wonderful stay, staff very good, the room was really nice and had clearly just been renovated. The food was fantastic, the gardens were gorgeous.

  The best place to stay is the cottages, staff are clearly well chosen, friendly, helpfull and sincere, the furniture is just gorgeous and we read made there in Jamaica.

  This place is just the best, the service is better than most in Jamaica and hibiscus suites here are brand new and modern and beautiful. Offers excellent food and facilities and has fantastic staff.

  The grounds of the hotel exceed over 400 acres and are totally beautiful, the staff is wonderful, room is spacious.

  Service was just standard and the royal suite we stayed in was near the oleander pool. The food was great, the spa was nice.

  Lots of water sports available and the food excellent.

  Overpriced for the quality, the beach towel issue is slightly annoying.
