Excellent location and finally a hotel that provides good value for money.

The location is fabulous, this hotel is good value for money and well furnished all rooms have small kitchenette.

I arrived at the hotel around 9:30 at night and wasn't sure what to expect given the bargin price and the location on the edge of the notorious Tenderloin.

Centrally located in downtown makes ideal for all sight seeing, the prices in this hotel are very good.

Comfortable and located in the beautiful North Beach area of SF, i loved the location of this hotel.

We liked the location and 5 minutes walk to Union Square in one direction.

The location was excellent just two minutes from the Union Square, the hotel staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful, the beds were very comfortable.

It is not far from downtown, but we found it better to walk a block north (where you can also catch a bus on several different routes) instead of walking south to Market Street due to the neighborhood (although we never felt unsafe).

The room was just a little bigger than the size of the bed and the kitchenette consisted of a microwave, toaster and coffee maker placed on a shelf next to the bathroom.

The basket of "breakfast beverages" was just generic ground coffee.

Staff were very helpful and the manager also spent a long time giving us tourism information.

The hotel staff had confirmed our reservation a few days prior to our arrival in response to an email from me requesting confirmation.

Friendly staff make this hotel a must for on a budget holiday and big windows open like doors.

That is much better than car rental; driving & parking are hectic.

Many shop/cafe around and free wireless internet aand plenty of eateries nearby.

Location is the best considering the price tag, the management staff are very welcome and helpful, rooms are clean modern.

We actually had a kitchenette counter in this room, with clean appliances.

Location was excellent, we were a mere 3 blocks from Union Square and we walked back to hotel from Fisherman's Wharf one evening via Lombard's crooked street. Staff were very helpful and the manager also spent a long time giving us tourism information. Bathroom was clean and fresh towels were supplied. Facilities were quite good.

Fine central location to transport and 3 minutes to Market Street in the other. Close to Union Square and the friendly staff I would recommend this to all travellers. Very thin walls Bathroom: Not like.

The location is not bad and can walk very easily all around the different districts of San Francisco without hurting feet at the end of the day. Friendly staff make this hotel a must for on a budget holiday and big windows open like doors. Manager couldn't be more helpful.

I liked the location and union Square. Clean home for my week long stay in SF and better facility than expected by price. Helpfull staff members, nice room and the bathtub--a huge clawfoot beast.
