  Just the location the rest was stifling, the hotel provided a great selection of literature on city activities and we arrived and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were reasonably clean and the kitchen appliances came in handy.

  Great location, Union Square shopping and i wasnt aware of this advanced fee. Staff very kind and friendly, clean room, fridge good also. Very accessible laundry facilities.
