This hotel had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The value for money was excellent, especially considering the great location at the bus terminal and the stunning views of the mountains. The staff were friendly, attentive, and provided excellent service, and the basic amenities were sufficient for our needs.

Spent Xmas at a hotel in Hakuba. Two things I liked were the friendly staff members and the good food. The food was tasty and fresh. The location was quiet and peaceful, great for a relaxing holiday.

With easy access to multiple ski resorts and a short walk to the main shopping area, I loved the convenience this hotel provided. The spacious room had comfortable bedding with traditional tatami options, as well as a great view from the balcony. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful, with great food recommendations and assistance with transportation. The in-house hot spring was the perfect end to a long day on the slopes.

Best experience ever! We spent our New Year in a hotel that felt like a cozy home. We loved the friendly staff who went out of their way to make sure our stay was memorable. The breakfast was fantastic and set us up for a full day of activities. We had access to great facilities like a laundry room and ski gear storage, which made our stay even easier. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the ski slopes and the shuttle buses stopped right outside the door! We enjoyed the hot springs after a long day of skiing.

Worst thing about this place was honestly saying goodbye!
