I thoroughly enjoyed this hotel, it was quiet and fantastic with free Wi-Fi. All the staff was welcoming and tackled my issues. the idea to include coffee and tea making machines and a fridge in the double room was nice.

The rooms were incredibly spacious, with ample parking available on-site, and having a bidet in the bathroom was a great feature.

The rooms were spacious and spotless and view over the lake was lovely. Flat-screen TV, a safe, and a fridge available were an advantage.

liked our stay, had pleasant 2 days overall. the staff were courteous and kept the place clean. the room was reasonably spacious and huge, with flat-screen tv, a safe and a fridge; it had lovely views. the location was great and awesome, close to hakone ekiden museum. besides, we was in front of lakes and hiking trails. was an incredible base for trip.

This place was located right next to the picturesque lake with an amazing view of the towering mountain in the distance. The room was equipped with all the amenities including a refrigerator and flat-screen TV. The staff was very attentive and polite, always trying to make my stay more comfortable. Since there was no shortage of things to do here, I could easily take a boat cruise or visit nearby ropeway stations.
With all the great things this hotel had to offer, I would recommend this venue to anyone looking for a comfortable and luxurious stay.

I love the lake view. The people working there were awesome. Due to the language barrier there were a few times they just came all the way to the room to know exactly what we were asking or saying, and they had a smile the whole time.
The ceiling above the ice machine on the 4th floor. $450 for 2 nights, I don't expect a ceiling to be rotting out above the ice machine or anywhere else.
