Nothing to complain about, appreciated my good stay and would stay here again without hesitation. Big and exceptionally clean hotel, location was particularly good and excellent just off JR hakodate and two convenience stores and the major attractions and JR station. The staff was excellent, very pleasant, and everything was nice.

I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel in Hakodate. The location was perfect, just a short walk away from the main tourist areas and the fresh fish market. The spacious and elegant lobby area was impressive, and I was delighted to find several restaurants on site. The buffet offered a wide range of delicious options, catering to both Japanese and Western tastes. The onsen bath on the 13th floor was a highlight, with breathtaking views of Mount Hakodate. The room itself was quiet, well-appointed, and immaculately clean, with brand new amenities and a coffee making machine.
I highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

Room was bigger than average room in Japan. Within comfortable walking distance to major tourist spots.
Room was old. Location a bit far to walk from train station esp. With luggage but don't really have proper public transportation to get there. Not really value for money.

The hotel staff was a Chinese who can communicate with us very well in English n Mandarin. She was very helpful n knowing that we travel with 3 kids n even offer us extra pillow n towels to our room without us requesting for it. The bed was also very comfortable n big, very happy with the service n price.

The hotel was a lovely base for enjoying a local area, just off Hakodate railway station and Motomachi historical town and the tram stop. I asked for a double room with 3 beds on Ryukyu tatami mat, coffee machine plus an extraordinary breakfast, had a very comfortable stay. Also, location was marvellous, relatively close to Hakodate Morning Market. There was a traditional restaurant nearby.

We had a great stay at a hotel located conveniently close to transportation and major attractions like the historical town and morning market. The room was spacious and comfortable, and our bathroom was clean, refreshing, and well-stocked. The staff provided excellent service, and the Tepanaki restaurant on-site was exceptional. The lobby and lounge areas were elegant and inviting, and there were plenty of other amenities for guests to enjoy.
There was an unpleasant smell in the bathroom that detracted from our experience and lowered our overall impression of the hotel.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was spacious with big windows. The staff was polite and professional. We enjoyed the excellent Japanese restaurant, Tepanaki, and the variety of both Western and Japanese food at breakfast. The location was convenient for walking to the morning market and the rail station.
Nothing that we didn't like.

The breakfast selection was impressive, with a variety of dishes including fresh sashimi and grilled meats. The staff were also friendly and helpful. The location was decent, being close to the harbor and within walking distance to popular attractions.
The hotel was quite dated and the facilities were not up to par. The air conditioning was not effective, resulting in a stuffy lounge area and erratic temperatures in the rooms.

Stayed here for Christmas with my family. Loved the free breakfast buffet and the amazing harbor view from our room. The hotel's location was ideal, just a short walk to the train station and nearby attractions. We also appreciated the complimentary toiletries and daily room cleaning service.
The room was a bit outdated and the Wi-Fi signal was weak. the staff seemed a bit unorganized during check-in and check-out, causing some delays.
