The hotel staff were friendly and professional, and we had no communication issues as they all spoke English. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with all the amenities of a big city hotel.- The breakfast buffet had a great selection of both Western and Chinese dishes.
The pool facilities were not up to par, with the outdoor pool being unpleasantly located next to a busy street and the indoor pool being small and cold. There wasn't much within walking distance of the hotel, so we had to rely on a driver to explore the city and find meals.

The facilities may look a bit older compared to the other newer hotels. But, it kind of made up with cleanliness and tidiness maintained in the hotel.

I recently stayed at this luxurious hotel and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed with my experience. The rooms were excellent, very clean and spacious. The turn down service was a nice touch and they even left a small plate of chocolates for me.
I would highly recommend this hotel to my family and friends. The location is convenient, being close to many attractions and right on the beach.

We recently enjoyed a romantic escape at this hotel and were pleased with our overall experience. The check-in process was smooth and the staff were friendly and able to communicate in English. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with all the expected amenities of a modern hotel. The bed was especially comfortable, providing a great night's sleep. the breakfast buffet was impressive, offering a wide variety of both Western and Chinese dishes.
We did have a couple of negative experiences during our stay. The outdoor pool was exposed to the hot sun and located right next to a busy street, making it less than enjoyable.
