A functional and exceptionally comfortable hotel in Hamburg. Incredibly nice breakfast — good choice of meals. Neat room plus with kitchen inside.

The stay was absolutely fairly nice. The place had a family atmosphere. The room with private toilette. It had central heating, a private safe, and flat-screen TV if needed.

The room at Novum Hotel Hagemann Hamburg Hafen was absolutely amazing! The double bed was super comfy, and I loved having a flat-screen TV with screen mirroring for watching my favorite movies. The sound system was top-notch, and the air conditioning kept the room just the right temperature. The soundproof windows ensured a peaceful night's sleep, and the full-length mirror was great for getting ready. The private bathroom had everything I needed, including a powerful shower and toiletries. it was the perfect room for a bike rider like me!

Personally, I wasn't a huge fan of the coffee maker in the room. It's just my subjective opinion, though, and others might still enjoy it.

Clean room with 2 balconies. Quiet hotel with no street noise. Heater in the bathroom for drying towels. Good breakfast. Lots of nearby bars - restaurants, and shops. Nice hotel at the back of the house. Security cameras in the parking area.

The room was really clean and felt spacious, comfortable and had modern furniture and facilities. The free parking was very useful. The dining room was designed really well and had a nice, harbour atmosphere. The breakfast seemed to be very fresh. Seemed to be a quiet location.

We disliked the fact that people could smoke in some areas, including the entrance lobby. We don't want to breath other peoples smoke. The hotel is a long way from the city, requiring a bus and train journey of about 25 minutes total. (Its a good idea to buy the group ticket which allows up to 5 people to travel on all of the transportation in Hamburg, including the ferries by the harbour, for up to 9 hours.) The neighbourhood seemed a bit strange/dodgy in the evening, with only a few street lights. some nice restaurants. The advice from one of the staff in the evening was very unreliable - e.g. location of local bars, transport costs, etc.

The hotel is too good from every perspective , very close to veddel bahnhof . it is very well connected with the metro and the local buses with the main hamburg city centre. Also the english speaking staff is too good . the hotel also has its own parking and the rooms are very good with small kitchen . the included breakfast is awesome . in all very good hotel. We recommend it to our friends .

The rooms are spacious, accompanied by a kitchenette and delicious breakfast. Hotel staff is helpful, and luggage storage is available for early check-in.

The hotel lacks wifi in-room, requiring guests to utilize the public areas for internet connection.

During my recent Easter trip, we stayed at a hotel that was a bit far from the city center, but we were pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and comfort of the rooms. The breakfast selection was amazing, with options for every taste. the hotel was located near a bus route that made it easy to get around.

The hotel felt a bit dated, and the surrounding area was not the most pleasant. The staff was hit-and-miss, with one member being unprofessional and rude on the night of our check-in.

Good clean rooms located at a convenient travel distance from the city center. By taking first the bus and then the S-Bahn it takes no more than 20 minutes to get there.

Excellent staff, the hotel is clean and location quiet and the best. Overall the room is neat, brand-new and includes central heating, flat-screen television, and a safe box. Think that this newly remodelled property is beyond compare, appreciated it...

This hotel provided great value for money with basic amenities and rooms that had a mini-kitchen and private toilette, as well as two balconies. Additionally, the location outside the city centre near the harbour was ideal for exploring the area. The breakfast included was a real treat, with plenty of options to suit all tastes.

All aspects of this hotel were satisfactory.

Good hotel but dodgy location. For us travelling by car and just needed a place to stay it was ok.

The location is easy to reach with car. The hotel stuffs was very friendly. The price of the hotel was inexpensive at all, which the buffet breakfast was included.
