Large rooms with a terrace surrounded by fragranced flowers, and good restaurant. Marvellous breakfast with fine wine, hot drinks. The location was beautiful and lovely - next to bars and restaurants.

We have booked villa with very good facilities. The staff were excellent and superfriendly, gave us great tips. Our accommodation was set in a riverside location near to the centre, a couple of other towns and the restaurant.

The staff were all helpful, top-class. The hotel was set in a riverside area really close to Salamanca, and the vineyard and beautiful sunrises. It also was on big events such as weddings.

Great-sized, beautifully designed units provided with a patio, a lovely view, as example. Absolutely perfect location just next door to the gardens, bars and Former Monastery.

We had a great stay at this hotel. The best aspects were the beautiful location by the river, the clean and comfortable rooms, the excellent food at the restaurant, and the friendly and helpful staff. The hotel facilities were also top-notch, and the parking was convenient. The breakfast was delicious and offered a variety of options. we highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again.

For the same price and in the same reservation the rooms were very different. one with full bath and king size bed and the other with half the size, shower and regular bed. I think that for the same price and reservation the rooms shoul be, if not equal, at least equivalent. When I asked the staff the reason for such disparity she did not know! Not the standard you'd expect from a 5 star hotel!

Full of character in a delightful setting reasonably close to Salamanca, and not far from the main autoroute. We stayed to break our journey from South to North of Spain. It is our second visit.

There didn't seem to be a maitre'd for the restaurant. The restaurant was empty when we arrived for dinner and we had to find someone to say we had a reservation and to take us to a table.Then there was no wine list, we just had to ask for the house wine and did not know prices of wines. As this is an excellent winery and also an expensiver restaurant we felt there should have been more detail to wine information and service in the main restaurant. Also a maitre'd. There is an adjacent more casual restauarnt and they all seemed busy serving in there and we were left for some time on our own without a menu or wine. The meal and wine when we did get it, were very good.

I highly recommend this place for its outstanding staff and excellent service, along with the reasonable price of the room considering it's a 5-star hotel, and the convenient location just a short walk from the city center.

I expected more of one of the restaurant's menu

We had a fantastic 4-night stay at this place with comfortable air-conditioned rooms and friendly staff, it's a lovely hotel conveniently located within walking distance of all the attractions.

The overall impression of the hotel was charming and the rooms were exquisite. The wine and cheese tasting experience was wonderful, with a knowledgeable guide. The hotel's location was also a key highlight, with beautiful surroundings and a relaxing atmosphere.

There were delays in getting our room ready upon arrival and the waitstaff seemed to be understaffed or uninterested. The service at the outdoor tables was especially slow, with long waits for drinks and food, and no follow-up from the staff.

The rooms are very bad isolated. We have asked for a cot and when we arrived to the room the cot was not there. After 5 minutes they bring us a cot that was broked. For a 5 stars hotel this is not acceptable. Regarding room cleaning, it could be better.
