Had a real good stay of five nights, glad I've chosen it. The staff was helpful and amazingly attentive, the breakfast offered was enjoyable with good choice of food. The rooms were a nice size and huge and view over the valley was charming.

The breakfast deal was very very good with warm meats and other included, as for instance. Huge and generous sized room with good ac was enjoyable. The location was marvellous for me, on the plantation area.

The staff were not very helpful, didn't expect that coming.

The hotel had a beautiful location extremely close to El Palomar. Btw, it was just 10 min walk to downtown. Views over the valley were magnificent, the room was authentic and spotless.

Next to a bus stop, overall I appreciated the location, it's marvellous and stunning.

The location is ideal, at a short distance from Pyramid. And the area is perfect right by the tropical rain forest.

They provided a delicious and wonderful breakfast with warm meats and other included. The location was unbeatable, just a pleasant stroll away from Gran Piramide. The staff was incredibly attentive and we would like to come again.

The staff has always been professional, and the facilities were great. I ate at a good restaurant for dinner. The pool was clean and I had refreshing drinks in the poolside bar.

I had a great stay at the Hacienda Uxmal Plantation & Museum. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beautiful ruins of Uxmal. The hotel itself is stunning, with a charming hacienda style and beautiful grounds. The room was spacious and comfortable, and I loved the jacuzzi in the toilet area. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially William the manager who made sure I had everything I needed. The pool was a great place to relax, although some sunbeds were dirty. The food was delicious, with a buffet breakfast and dinner, and I highly recommend the chicken stuffed with squash blossoms. I had a wonderful experience and I would definitely recommend this hotel for your stay in Uxmal.

Relaxing hotel, huge rooms, staff is incredibly kind! The property's location is marvellous and lovely and next to a bus stop. Plus, this hotel is next to center of the city.

Marvellous and lovely location, approx 10-15 minutes' walk from Casa del Adivino. Beautiful area. Spotless room with magnificent views over the valley and Colonial decor. Delicious and wonderful breakfast, lots of food and beverages.

Thatched roof rooms, great view of fortune teller pyramid, helpful staff. Cool restaurant and adequate service, great for three sisters. ALS-friendly room with mini fridge, enjoyable pool and bird song. Short walk to historic site Uxmal. Gorgeous historical building with wide veranda, lovely garden. Coffee maker, rocking chairs, big rooms, restaurant, and bar on premises. Excellent position near archeological site, easy access to Ruta Puuc. Kind staff, comfortable room in lovely setting.

We stayed for 5 nights and had a great stay. Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful especially the Manager and Laura ( guest relations) and it had that nice feel that you get in hotels which are well run with happy staff. Food was very good- fresh, tasty and hot, and we ate in twice. Cocktails were some of the best we had in our travels. Our room was good sized with a large bathroom, roomy fridge, filter coffee maker (coffee pack supplied) and plenty of cupboard space. Proximity to Uxmal ruins made the visit there special as we were the first on site on the day of our visit and a dip in the pool on our return was bliss. Highly recommended place to stay for Puuc Route.

Air con unit worked well but was a bit noisy.

Location close to the Chocolate Museo and Observatory as well as the tropical rain forest of Uxmal-Yucatan. Well-equipped superior room with views of garden.

This hotel offers great value for money, with reasonable prices for comfortable rooms. The location is perfect, just a short walk away from the magnificent Mayan ruins. The staff are friendly and helpful, providing excellent service throughout our stay.

All was satisfactory, no improvements needed.
