Excellent quality, but you pay for it. Tazacorte is a sunny part of the island even in winter.

My stay at this hotel was worth every penny. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully appointed. The location was perfect, surrounded by a peaceful botanical garden. The staff treated me with exceptional friendliness and professionalism.

We recently stayed at a small yet peaceful hotel nestled amidst beautiful banana plantations. The attractive antique furniture throughout the hotel added a touch of charm. The amazing gardens and pool were the perfect peaceful retreat while the attentive and friendly staff made us feel right at home. The great restaurant offered super food and had chefs who were very accommodating with dietary requirements. The large bathroom with separate shower and the lovely view from our room onto the beautiful banana plantations made our stay even more enjoyable.

The bar was rather small and uninspiring, and there was some dust in our bedroom that could have been cleaned more thoroughly.

Spent an amazing Easter holiday in a stunning hotel surrounded by beautiful tropical gardens and a peaceful atmosphere. Had a spacious room with antique paintings, an outstanding large shower room, and a relaxing terrace with charming views. Enjoyed the excellent quality of food and variety of breakfast. The staff provided an efficient and friendly service that made our stay unforgettable. The location is perfect to explore the island and is situated in a quiet area just a short stroll from the lively town, and at a convenient distance from the port.

The wifi signal was not strong enough in our room but was better in the public areas. , there is no bar in the hotel, but there are many nearby.

The staff, especially Alba at the front desk, were incredibly knowledgeable, kind, and professional. They took great care of us and the restaurant easily accommodated my dietary requests. The hotel itself is a memorable, comfortable slice of paradise, with elegant rooms, a stunning garden, and a refreshing pool. The owners' vineyards also provide some delicious wines to enjoy. We were truly impressed by the outstanding service and picturesque surroundings.
